How do I setup my turntable?There are tons of info on Google regarding setting up turntable. Still confused? No problem, don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help out.

Can I refund if I'm not satisfied with the purchased vinyl?Yes. You will be given full store credit with proof of warped vinyl in video form (as image is hard to tell warped vinyl). Refund needs to be made within 7 days after you received your record.

How do you handle my personal information?To fulfil your order, Vinyl Thirty3 collects your name, email address, shipping address and telephone number. For suscribing mailing list, we only need your email address. Shipping address and telephone number will be used for courier delivering services. We do not distribute or sell your information to any company or individuals. Vinyl Thirty3 never retain your credit card information.
